Brazil has designated the National Youth Secretariat, Office of the Presidency, as its focal point for the International Volunteer Year 2026, highlighting its commitment to advancing volunteerism and civic engagement.

Roberto Rocha Leandro has been appointed as the official contact, supporting coordination between national and international partners (roberto.leandro@presidencia.gov.br).

This step strengthens Brazil’s efforts to contribute to global momentum promoting volunteerism and the Sustainable Development Goals.
