Volunteering can mean more than bringing individual contributions together. When a community is built around shared purposes, collective thinking, production, and responsibility, both the contribution of volunteers and their experience of belonging to the community become stronger.

Dr. Mehmet Arslanboğa, Coordinator of Müzikist Institute, will discuss Müzikist’s working approach and the volunteering model within the “Müzikist Ol” Programme.

The webinar will explore the relationship between Müzikist’s field of work and its community model, as well as how the institution’s understanding of volunteering is reflected in this structure. It will also examine how volunteers are positioned not only as supporters, but as part of a community that thinks and produces together around shared interests and common searches.

We invite everyone who wants to rethink volunteering around shared purposes, production, and community experience to join this webinar.

The webinar is being organised within the scope of the International Volunteer Year (IVY). It is free of charge, and participants will receive certificates upon completion.
