In the context of the IVY 2026 in Cyprus, a dialogue was organized between the Deputy Minister of Social Welfare and NGOs Mrs Clea Hadjistephanou Papaellina. The purpose of the Dialogue is to strengthen relations between NGOs and the Deputy Ministry with a view to achieving common objectives, as well as to address issues and challenges faced by the NGOs. In the course of the dialogue, the Deputy Minister outlined the Deputy Ministry’s position on the International Volunteer Year.
