Empowering Volunteers in Morocco: National Training for Skills, Leadership, and Impact
The CJM organised its national training session on voluntary work for Spring 2026 from 3 to 5 April at the Rabat–Idris Benzekri Institute for Human Rights, affiliated with the National Human Rights Council.
The training brought together volunteers from the association’s branches across Morocco and aimed to strengthen their capacities in voluntary action. The programme covered key themes including voluntary work in Morocco, volunteering within the association, management of international volunteer projects, communication and leadership, and first aid.
The session included interactive workshops that encouraged exchange, dialogue, and sharing, helping participants develop practical and field skills.
