Since 2010, the French Volunteering Day has been celebrated every October in all countries where France Volontaires has a representation. This major event in Chad promotes the work of international volunteers, as well as that of all France Volontaires partners involved in volunteering, development, and international solidarity.
The 2026 edition, which will take place on Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, at the Radisson Blu Hotel from 8:30 am, will highlight the role of volunteering and reciprocal mobility programs in advancing the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Chad.
This symbolic event will bring together institutional partners, civil society organizations, volunteers, and stakeholders engaged in reciprocal mobility initiatives in Chad. The program will include official speeches, testimonials from volunteers and host organizations, as well as panel discussions.
