Inclusive education becomes meaningful when its principles are embedded in everyday educational practice. An accessible and supportive learning environment should respond to children’s diverse needs and create the conditions for every child to participate fully.

Assoc. Prof. Olha Kozliuk of Rivne State University of the Humanities will present practical approaches to implementing inclusive education in early childhood education settings and explore the role of the preschool teacher in creating an accessible, barrier-free, and supportive environment.

The webinar will address the principles of inclusive education, the creation of an accessible learning environment, the organisation of the educational process, and the adaptation of interactions and practices to support every child’s participation. Particular attention will be given to the distribution of roles and systematic collaboration between the preschool teacher, teaching assistant, and other professionals within the multidisciplinary support team.

We invite everyone committed to embedding inclusive principles consistently in early childhood education and strengthening effective teamwork to ensure the full participation of every child.

The event will take place online as a webinar within the framework of the International Volunteer Year 2026. Participation is open to everyone and completely free of charge, including a certificate of participation.
