Strengthening volunteering in the field of disability requires creating different participation pathways that respond to volunteers’ time, motivation, and possibilities, rather than directing everyone to a single type of task. When volunteers can find a role that suits them, they can contribute to the same social purpose in different ways and experience volunteering in a more inclusive manner.

Nigar Evgin, Foundation Director of the Spastic Children’s Foundation of Türkiye, will discuss the foundation’s volunteering approach and different participation models in the field of disability.
The webinar will explore different volunteering pathways that can be developed around a single social purpose, together with corporate and individual forms of participation. It will also address the roles volunteers can take in events, how they can create visibility as ambassadors of a social cause, and how they can contribute to fundraising processes.

We invite everyone who wants to develop volunteering in the field of disability in a more flexible, inclusive, and diverse structure to join this webinar.

The webinar is being organised within the scope of the International Volunteer Year (IVY). It is free of charge, and participants will receive certificates upon completion.
