Sahasrara Academy | Learning & Facilitation Partner

As the Learning and Facilitation Partner of the 19th JCI Nepal National Lady Academy 2026, Sahasrara Academy contributed to creating a transformative learning experience focused on leadership development, mindset transformation, and volunteerism.

Aligned with JCI Nepal's national theme, “Aim, Act, Achieve,” the Academy's learning journey was designed around three interconnected principles:

AIM – Lead Within: Discovering personal strengths, developing a growth mindset, building self-confidence, and defining purpose.

ACT – Rise Together: Strengthening leadership, communication, collaboration, and the spirit of volunteerism to turn intentions into meaningful collective action.

ACHIEVE – Create Impact: Inspiring participants to translate learning into action, lead with purpose, and create lasting positive change in their organizations and communities.

Through experiential learning, interactive facilitation, reflection, and shared experiences, Sahasrara Academy reinforced a powerful message: Leadership begins within, grows when we rise together, and becomes meaningful through the impact we create.
