Luxembourg has reaffirmed its commitment to the International Volunteer Year 2026 (IVY 2026) by appointing national focal points to support coordination, engagement, and awareness-raising activities throughout the year.

The designated focal points are:

• Alex Fohl (alex.fohl@mae.etat.lu), from the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defence, Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade.
• Sandra Kill (sandra.kill@fm.etat.lu), from the Ministry of Family Affairs, Solidarity, Living Together and Reception of Refugees.

Their appointment reflects Luxembourg’s whole-of-government approach to advancing the objectives of IVY 2026 and supporting efforts to recognize, promote, facilitate, and celebrate volunteer action.
