National Volunteering Committee - ILA Talks

Creating lasting impact in the field of volunteering depends on building strong networks and transforming them into sustainable partnerships. Establishing trust-based relationships between individuals and institutions, sharing resources effectively, and producing together around common goals are among the key building blocks of strong volunteering ecosystems.

ILA offers substantial experience in this field through the volunteering networks and multi-stakeholder collaborations it has developed at both national and international levels. Mehmet Altunbaş, Programme Coordinator at ILA, will share the core principles of network-building in volunteering ecosystems, partnership development processes, and multi-stakeholder cooperation models supported by examples from different countries.

The webinar will address network management tools, the design and coordination of joint projects, ways to sustain trust-based collaboration, and approaches to evaluating the impact of developed partnerships from a holistic perspective. Serving as a valuable guide for organisations working in volunteering, network managers, project developers, and volunteers, this session is designed for everyone who wants to take collaboration one step further.

If you would like to build effective networks, turn your volunteering efforts into collaborative projects, and strengthen your national and international partnerships, reserve your place now. The webinar will be held via the ILA Talks mobile application as part of the International Year of Volunteers activities. The event is free of charge, and participants will receive Turkish-English certificates of participation at the end of the session.
