Peru Designates National Focal Points for IVY 2026
The Government of Peru has officially appointed its national focal points for the International Volunteer Year (IVY) 2026. This designation marks an important step in advancing the country’s commitment to volunteerism, cooperation, and the empowerment of communities nationwide.
The Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations has named Ms. Sandra Enriquez, Head of Volunteering, and Ms. Nadime Alvarez, Head of the Office of Cooperation and International Affairs to lead and coordinate Peru’s engagement for IVY 2026.
In their roles, Ms. Enriquez and Ms. Alvarez will guide national efforts, facilitate international collaboration, and ensure that Peru contributes effectively to the global IVY 2026 agenda.
