Transformation of Preschool Education: Operational Specifics Across Different Types of Educational Activity Organizations
Transforming Early Childhood Education: Legislative Changes and Practical Solutions
Reforming early childhood education in Ukraine involves updating approaches to organising educational provision, planning institutional activities and implementing new regulatory requirements. Understanding Ukraine’s Law “On Preschool Education” and the practical mechanisms for its implementation helps leaders and educators adapt educational processes to different forms of early childhood provision.
Olha Kosenchuk, Associate Professor at the National University “Kyiv Aviation Institute”, will present the key provisions of Ukraine’s Law “On Preschool Education” and explore how early childhood education institutions operate under Article 35. Particular attention will be given to practical solutions tested through a nationwide pilot initiative and their application in organising educational provision.
The webinar will examine organisational approaches, curriculum planning and teaching guidance for implementing reforms, alongside institutional planning and aligning educational programmes with regulatory requirements. Participants will explore practical case studies showing how educational processes can be adapted to different types of provision and how legislative changes can be implemented in the everyday work of early childhood settings.
We invite early childhood education leaders, educators, curriculum specialists, education authority representatives and everyone involved in implementing early childhood education reforms to join the webinar and explore practical approaches to putting legislative changes into practice.
The webinar is being organised within the scope of the International Volunteer Year (IVY). It is free of charge, and participants will receive certificates upon completion.
