On Earth Day 2026, the Coordinating Committee for International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) invites volunteers, organisations and partners from across the global IVS movement to join an online webinar celebrating the power of voluntary service as a driver of climate justice and collective action.

The webinar marks the official launch of the Living Earth Campaign and CCIVS's participation in the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development (IVY 2026), in partnership with Alliance and Legambiente. Participants will hear updates from the Voices for Change project, explore how International Voluntary Service contributes to eco-resilience from community workcamps to youth-led advocacy, and discover the Taith Toolkit presented by the CCIVS Youth Committee. Member organisations will also have the opportunity to share their own initiatives and workcamps connected to climate action.
This event is a space for the whole IVS movement to connect, share, and strengthen our collective impact for the planet.
