IVY2026-53 Volunteers Join Forces to Clean Coastal Areas in Luanda-Angola

With a view to celebrating IVY2026, safeguarding the ecosystem, and protecting the beaches while investing in the circular economy, the Luanda-Angola Province Youth Cooperative Association carried out a cleanup, focused exclusively on collecting solid waste on Mussulo Island. Although the activity is limited to Mussulo Island, the Association dreams the initiative will reach a provincial scale. Around 1,000 people directly benefited from this initiative, including the provision of cleaning kits.
