Developed by VOW Center for the International Volunteer Year for Sustainable Development (IVY 2026), this practical management toolkit for grassroots volunteer organizations consists of an overall explanatory logical diagram (V) and three practical documents covering management tools, activity inspirations and interactive games (A, B, C). This is a simplified version due to upload capacity limitations.

The Volunteer Interactive Game Toolkit (C) is formulated in accordance with the VGA Position Statement on Volunteer Organizations and Sustainable Development Goals. Combined with the characteristics of 22 major groups and stakeholders under HLPF, it includes 100 interactive games covering five dimensions: effective icebreaking, in-depth communication, vision building, team cooperation and work review. Designed for inclusive participation of vulnerable groups, it bridges differences, promotes mutual progress and fosters an inclusive and diverse volunteer service culture.
