This report by the National Volunteer Network provides an overview of the state of volunteering in Kazakhstan, based on data collected in 2021-2022.

The report finds that the overall economic contribution of volunteers in the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to at least 2.6 billion KZT in 2022. It further finds that the estimated number of volunteer hours in 2022 is comparable to a year of full-time work of 742 people.
