It is proposed that the participation mechanisms of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) for vulnerable groups will improve, the exchange of experiences and good practices will be promoted, training on sustainable development will be provided, funding will be expanded to non-profit associations, volunteerism will be advocated and the monitoring process for the SDGs will be strengthened.
