Civil society has also been a strong partner in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, they have voiced their appreciation for our health workers’ efforts and encouraged the public to heed the expert advice and respect the safety measures in place. In particular, some NGOs have assisted the Government as volunteers amidst the outbreak, particularly in contact tracing, which also involves data collection and input.
